This is a broad area and is specific only to human resources. Students are able to work with real-world scenarios and company situations to assess for compliance and ethical behavior. Prerequisite: None MAN4330 Compensation Administration 40 hours, 4 credits This course addresses tangible and intangible compensation and the use of compensation to motivate and reward employee performance. The course also covers job analysis, job description, and job evaluation on the basis of compensable factors as well as designing an equitable pay structure. Theories of instructional design are covered, with an emphasis on the systematic approach to learning and instruction.
