The applicant’s desired program is the Medical Assisting Diploma program but does not meet the Acceptance Requirements of already having completed at least 8 eligible credits that apply to the Medical Assisting Diploma program and meets all the requirements of Satisfactory Academic Progress in the most recently attended program of enrollment. 2. The applicant does not have a School of Health Sciences Entrance Exam score or School of Nursing Entrance Exam score. Replace footnote 1 with: 1 The Healthcare Certificate program is a laddered credential within the Healthcare Associate’s- Healthcare Administration and Health Sciences Associate’s-Healthcare programs that require a School of Health Sciences Entrance Exam or School of Nursing Entrance Exam score to enroll. Only students enrolled in the above Associate’s programs are required to take the E102 Pathways to Patient Care Seminar course. For these students, the E102 Pathways to Patient Care Seminar must be taken in the student’s first or second term of enrollment, and the School of Health Sciences Entrance Exam or School of Nursing Entrance exam must be attempted by the end of the course. Students have one opportunity to attempt E102 Pathways to Patient Care Seminar, regardless of grade earned (SX/UX/UXD/WX). Students enrolled in the Healthcare Associate’s-Healthcare Administration program and do not have a School of Health Sciences Entrance Exam score or School of Nursing Entrance Exam score are not required to take the E102 Pathways to Patient Care Seminar course. The minimum qualifying HESI® Admission Assessment Cumulative Score is 55%, and must include Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary & General Knowledge, Basic Math Skills, and Anatomy & Physiology exams. The minimum qualifying TEAS Admission Assessment Total Score is 41.3%. This program is not available at Illinois or Wisconsin campuses. Students who do not have a qualifying HESI® or TEAS score are eligible to enroll in the Healthcare Associate’s Degree–Healthcare Administration Specialization program version through Rasmussen University Online, which does not require a School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences Entrance Exam score.
