Through this opportunity, students can have access to courses not offered at their high school and explore potential career areas. Eligibility is limited to high school juniors and seniors who are at least 16 years old at the time of enrollment. All Early Honors coursework is fully online and there is no course instruction at a local campus. Replace the 17th bullet in this section that relates to course technology and resource fees and book fees with: • Most technology courses require access to specialized hardware and software. Early Honors students will need to secure access to required hardware and software. The University will provide specific technology requirements information for each course. P. 102 Tuition and Fees (2/5/2026) Update the statement at the bottom of this page, which removes the Green Bay, Wisconsin campus: For students continuously enrolled in programs offered at the Wausau, Wisconsin campus: Tuition and course resource technology fees are locked in at the rates effective for all students as of the Jan. 2, 2024, start date. P. 103 Additional Tuition Information (12/26/2025, 2/5/2026) Effective Term 2 of Winter quarter 2026, which begins February 11, 2026, add the Law Enforcement Associate of Applied Science program to the list of programs that do not qualify for Fast Track pricing. FAST TRACK: Students in undergraduate programs taking 16 or more credits in an 11-week quarter will only be charged tuition for 16 credits. The applicable course technology and resource fees still apply for all courses including those above 16 credits. Students will still be responsible for purchasing their textbooks or e-books for all courses in which they are enrolled, including those above 16 credits, whether they purchase the textbooks or e-books through Rasmussen University or through another source.
