For Nursing and Health Sciences programs: * When both courses of an eligible two-part Human Anatomy & Physiology (A&P) with lab series have been completed at the same institution or through the same entity, the courses will be eligible to fulfill both BSC2093C Human A&P I and BSC2094C Human A&P II. * When Rasmussen Academic Leadership has verified that the content of an external A&P I or A&P II course includes the same body systems as the Rasmussen course, the external course will be eligible to fulfill the Rasmussen course requirement. For example, Rasmussen’s BSC2094C Human A&P II course includes the endocrine system; an external A&P II course that does not include the endocrine system is not eligible to fulfill Human A&P II as transfer credit. Licensing and State Authorization Add the following after the address of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education: The Professional Nursing Associate’s degree program at the Moorhead, Minnesota campus is approved with conditions by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. On June 5, 2025, pursuant to the authority granted under Minn. Stat. 148.251, the Minnesota Board of Nursing issued a Stipulation and Consent for Correction Order imposing conditions upon the approval of the Professional Nursing Associate’s degree program at the Moorhead campus for having an annual pass rate of less than 75 percent on the National Council Licensing Examination (“NCLEX-RN”) of first-time examinees for three consecutive years. To be removed from conditional approval and restored to full approval, the program must, by December 31, 2025, achieve an NCLEX-RN pass rate higher than 75 percent based on the cumulative results from the four quarters of calendar year 2025 for candidates from the program who write the licensing examination for the first time. If the program does not achieve the requisite pass rate by December 31, 2025, then the program must achieve an NCLEX-RN pass rate of higher than 75 percent by June 30, 2026 based on the cumulative results from the first and second quarters of calendar year 2026 for candidates from the program who write the licensing examination for the first time. If the conditions imposed on the program are not resolved as described herein, then the Minnesota Board of Nursing will follow the procedure outlined in Minn. R. 6301.2360, Subp. 10(C) for uncorrected deficiencies, which may result in the removal of the program from the list of approved programs. P. 136 Anti-Hazing Policy (10/23/2025) Replace this policy in its entirety with the following, which is effective Fall quarter 2025: Anti-Hazing Policy The educational unit strictly prohibits all acts of hazing. Hazing is contrary to the mission and values of this educational unit and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This policy applies to all students, employees, and third parties affiliated with any student organization or institutional program, regardless of whether the organization is officially recognized by the educational unit. Definition of Hazing In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (formerly the Clery Act), as amended by the Stop Campus Hazing Act, hazing is defined as: Any intentional, knowing, or reckless act committed by a person (individually or in concert with others), against another person, regardless of their willingness to participate, that: • Occurs in the course of initiation into, affiliation with, or the maintenance of membership in a student organization; and
