P. 103 Additional Tuition Information (12/26/2025, 2/5/2026) Effective Term 2 of Winter quarter 2026, which begins February 11, 2026, add the Law Enforcement Associate of Applied Science program to the list of programs that do not qualify for Fast Track pricing. FAST TRACK: Students in undergraduate programs taking 16 or more credits in an 11-week quarter will only be charged tuition for 16 credits. The applicable course technology and resource fees still apply for all courses including those above 16 credits. Students will still be responsible for purchasing their textbooks or e-books for all courses in which they are enrolled, including those above 16 credits, whether they purchase the textbooks or e-books through Rasmussen University or through another source. Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing through any Entrance Option, the Law Enforcement Associate of Applied Science program, and students enrolled as Individual Progress do not qualify for Fast Track pricing. P. 103 Additional Tuition Information – C. Book Fee (11/20/2025) Replace the last paragraph in this section with the following, which is effective Winter quarter 2026: The flat cost for each Required Course Material when purchasing through Rasmussen University is $25.00, plus applicable taxes. For example: If a course has two Required Course Materials, then the student will be charged $50.00, plus applicable taxes, for the cost of Required Course Materials in addition to all other applicable tuition and fee charges. P. 107 Institutional Scholarship and Grant Programs (10/23/2025) Remove the Online Kickstart Grant and corresponding footnote, as this grant was discontinued after the October 6, 2025 start date. P. 110 Military Leave for Mandatory Training or Deployment (12/26/2025) Rename this section “Military Leave Policy” and replace in its entirety with the following: Military Leave Rasmussen University supports our students who are service members and veterans, their spouses, and other family members. A. Eligibility • Students or admitted students who cannot attend the University due to Military Service, or have Military Service requirements that make it difficult or impossible for them to be successful in their academic programs, are eligible for a Military Leave. • Military Service is defined as voluntary or involuntary service in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard (the “Armed Forces”), including service by a member of the National Guard or Reserve on Active Duty, Active Duty for training, or full-time National Guard duty under federal authority, for a period of more than 30 consecutive days under a call or order to Active Duty of more than 30 consecutive days. • Active Duty means full-time duty in the active military service of the United States, including full- time training duty, annual training duty, and attendance, while in the active military service, at a school designated as a service school by law or by the Secretary of the military department concerned. Active Duty does not include full-time National Guard duty. B. Military Leave Procedures • Students must contact their Academic Advisor to request Military Leave in advance of the student’s military service. Rasmussen University reserves the right to request supporting documentation provided at the student’s earliest convenience, such as a copy of military orders, or, for students who have yet to receive orders, a memo from their commanding officer supporting the request for the Military Leave.
